Over the last few yrs we have bought quite afew pairs of skecher sneakers for my 8 yr old son. I was really impressed how long they would last since he is a really active. The last few pairs have been lasting only 3 months, the toe of the shoe is falling apart. The last pair we bought as a month ago, the velcro on the shoe won't stay shut. I tried "cleaning" the velcro, made sure all foriegn debris was removed (dust, lint, ect..) with no luck, I do not have the receipt so I can't return them... But now need to get my son another pair of sneakers for school.
