This should outrage all the customers using T-MOBILE. This monster company needs to go bankrupt for ripping off customers.
7 years ago, I had the T-mobile service. For almost 3 years, my monthly bill was around $70. I received 2 phone calls from Texas. The next month, my phone bill was $410. I could not understand. So, I called T-mobile. They said, ”YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR PLAN” I was furious. I never called them. Never changed anything. Who in his right mind will change from alower plan to a higher plan?
i asked tmobile to fix it. They refused. So, I cancelled my service. I also refused topay the cancellation fee.
Last year, T-Mobile filed a case against me and the Judge ruled against me because, I Ignored the court orders.
Now, a Collection agency is harassing me. T-mobile must go out of service. Because, THIS IS DAYLIGHT ROBBERY.
Because of what t-mobile has done, my employers could not contact me and i have been out of work for 3 years.
I am claiming only one years salary as my minimum compensation
