Ripoff

I had service with T-mobile for over 8 years. I ended it after changing plan and they lied to get me to pay more by not giving me T-mobile to T-mobile minutes. Then charging me a cancelation fee.

I even called, lady who I put the cancelation through with said, your right they did not give you T-mobile to T-mobile, now pay your $750 bill.
