Dear Sir/Madam, I have been using T-Mobile cellular service for over thirteen years. I just received my statement for the current month of $430.32 that is almost double of the normal amount I pay monthly. I inquired and was told that I called them and asked them to change my plan from 3000 minutes to 750 minutes so these are overage charges. Later they listened to find out that it was not I who asked them to change my plan and it was their dealer who called them, even though I have the contract that dealer printed on T-Mobile letter head that shows 3000 minutes.
