I have been with T-Mobile as a customer for five years continuously but the company charged me an early termination fee of $200.00.incredible, especially since the reason I terminated service with T-Mobile was because the firm refused to send me itemized billing statements.
T-Mobile never mailed to my billing address or emailed me my detailed invoices for the last 90 days, despite six prior oral requests with T-Mobile customer service reps and subsequently, despite my earlier request in a letter to CEO Robert Dodson dated June 30.
