I saw an ad on TV for a nu wave cookwear grill. I ordered one grill at $29.85 and a carry bag for $14.85.instead of the 2 items I wanted I received a complete set of nu wave cookware for $99.99 plus suppossedly another free set for the cost of the shipping and handling. This was to be billed in 3 payments of $33. I also received a second grill which I was billed $29.85 for. The shipping ans handling charges was $267.65. I called Fedex and found out that it costs about $45 to ship this total order back to the company. At over $267 for shipping, I did not receive a free $99.99 set of cookware and the total amount of $442.19 was taken from my back account in one lump sum without my knowledge or consent. I do not want any of this cookware as the company scammed me with items I didn't want or order. 2 calls have been made to them concerning this mess and so far nothing has been done except for them to tell us they will take it back at our expense and not refund the $267.65 shipping & handling fees.
