My daughter googled HP Support and thought I was talking to HP Support. The company took her credit card # and hung up and we called back 3 times and they were doing random acts and not resolving problem. We realized that they were misrepresenting theirselves and I told them. I was told that they would refund the 49.99 if problem not resolved and I needed to call back in morning for billing but when I called back they were not going to refund. THis company needs to go!!!
