I subscribed for internet with CenturyLink and they signed me up for a free 1 month trial of MyTechHelp. The very next day, CenturyLink called and to notify me that they were unable to provide internet service to my location.in March I noticed a $9.99 automatic billing to my credit card. MyTechHelp would not refund the payment even though I never used the service, and even though the company who originally signed my up for MyTechHelp support was unable to provide service. I thought I had a legit reason for a full refund but unfortunately they didn't agree. It's all about the principle of running a fair and honest business.
