The first time I used this so-called "dry cleaner", they misplaced my clothes. When they tracked them down & delivered them to me they had not been cleaned, the sleeves of the jacket were stuffed with paper to try & hide the creases in the arms. The 2nd time, (he doesn't listen) they shrunk my custom-made sheers about 2". They charged over $120.00 to clean them but never pressed them. They admitted doing it and told me to call back & speak to the mgr. & file a claim. When I called, they refused to do anything about it & told me to "file a claim with my insurance company". I will NEVER step foot in that place again and make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid them too. I filed a complaint with the BBB but FF never responded. BTW, these issues took place at 2 different locations. Another customer said they had lost their clothes too. Fashion fresh sucks.
