JenJenHouse is a Scam. Their dresses do not look like the beautiful pictures. JenJen removes all comments to the contrary. Their return policy is non existent. They tell you to take it to a seamstress to be remade at your own expense. Then have the nerve to ask if you are satisfied! No I am not satisfied with your reply. You have not told me how to return the out of date dress you are selling me that has been around the block for a few years. What good has it done your customers to do the right thing in following your return policy when you have not honored your own policy and will not under any circumstances be able to return it. The only option you offer is for customers to take it to a seamstress to have a new dress created from your rags. I will let people know what a waste of time it is to try to get you to do the right thing. If you are serious, credit my American Express account for the $216.97 I paid and tell me how to return your dress.
