I ordered my daughter prom dress 5/03 and on 5/10 I emailed Jenjenhouse to see if dress and been shipped and was notified by them through email I should have ordered it express. I then notified them that it had been ordered that way and since the dress would not be ready in time to cancel the order. And still up until today they keep emailing me the dress is almost finished. My daughter prom was yesterday. Just send me my money.
