Do not buy from this company!!! My mother found this site on her own and found a dressed she loved for a wedding we have coming up. So I went ahead and ordered the dress for her.
The dress came and she opened the package and fell in love all over again. Once she tried on the dress she realized it didn't fit. I said no problem because I had already checked that it had a 7 day return policy and we could get the next size up.
Instead of waiting to hear back from them about the return I immediately ordered another dress in a different size in order to make sure it was here in time for the wedding. And figured I could contact them on the weekday about the return.
We are going on the 3rd day with going back and forth with no real solution but that they can't accept the dress back. They have offered me a 20% refund to keep the dress but they will absolutely not take the dress back. Basically they are saying its not their fault the dress is too small for my mother.
I am astonished at the level of customer service that the company is giving especially seeing how I have said that we like the product we just needed a different size. Now I have asked for them to cancel my new order which I doubt will happen and I will be out the cost of 2 dresses.
NEVER AGAIN! Which is why I had to share so this doesn't happen to anyone else.
