I have ordered a dress there, but when I get it, the quality was poor. First they offered me 20% refund and advised me to contact a tailor to alterate the dress (!). As for now, i ve received their offer to refund 40 % or, I want to return the dress they said: 'please be noted that we will still have a quality test on the returned items to confirm that the dress is in its original condition and has the problem you mentioned. If the quality test shows that there's no problem with the dress, we are sorry the refund or reshipment can not be arranged.'
I wish i read the comments here before I had ordered the dress...
