My experience was the worst customer service ever with an unskilled, rude and absolutely unprofessional agent. I spoke to an agent in fedex dubai named RAJ and from the start he had a very unfriendly attitude. He failed to give correct estimates for most of my enquires and even denied that fedex would supply boxes! I had to literally pull the information out of him and he was very unwilling and reluctant to help by all means. He could not give ascending/descending quotes according to weights which is standard for any courier company. He attacked me verbally and i had to speak to a supervisor who apologized for her employee's behavior. She was able to give me correct figures and her service was superb. I request investigation with this employee and adequate punishment for his behaviour and unprofessionalism, especially that he failed to reach the least accepted customer service level plus his extreme lack of knowledge and shocking level of training would definately affect the reputation of a company like Fedex. I have to say that after this experience and even with the good service i received at the end from the supervisor, i would still think twice before using Fedex Dubai.
