To whom it may concern,
I'm sorry to complain regarding very unpleasant experience during my visit to the following FedEx Office:
1494 Randall Rd., Algonquin, IL 60102.
The employee named Len was very rude to me. He intentionally ignored me because of my out nationality or color of my skin. And when I asked him for the help he show me an attitude. I asked the manager for the help but he ignored me too!
I am very much disappointed and hurt. Even other customer who was waiting for the service also recognized the problem.
I can't believe it could happened in this century! FedEx is a world class company and it can not afford to lower the standard of its "Customer Service". It can hurt to your reputation too!
