Mexico City customs charges, rude agents, damaged packages

I live in Mexico City, and by far here in Mexico FedEx always charges an amount of taxes and other services, whatever the package is!

The FedEx customs agents are always rude and in the worst mood! They handle my packages like they didn't care, and there are always creases in the boxes and everything is a mess inside the package.

I am never ever going to use FedEx again for anything in the world! Thanks, FedEx!
