On July 23 I dropped a package at a FedEx agent office in California and paid for a July 25 delivery to a recipient in Dubai. The FedEx tracking web page told me the package was delivered on July 25, but that was in fact a lie, and the package was delivered the following day instead. The recipient insists that their office is open all day and has a receptionist throughout the day, and the package was delivered on July 26.
I called FedEx customer service, who took my information and told me that I would get a call back from the appropriate department. About three days later, FedEx called, leaving me a number to call back. When I called that number, I got a recording telling me I must leave a message. I left a message and I have not heard from FedEx since.
FedEx has defrauded me and harmed me. To add insult to injury, FedEx still has an unresolved issue; they have my information and have not followed up. Today is September 9. This is disgusting and shameful. I will avoid FedEx like the plague.
