Bought some expensive productions online and the seller used FedEx overnight shipping which was supposed to arrive in 48 hours. More than 10 days it never showed up. So I started calling and found out that FedEx claims they made an attempt to deliver. However Did not receive any Failed deliver notes at my house, neither any voice mail from FedEx. They were just sitting and waiting for 10 days with my product in there warehouse. Now I will have to drive 20Km to nearest FexEx facility to pick it up.
Not buying from those who uses FexEx. And I would advise others not to use FedEx if you are concerned with the reliability.
