Never Book with Travelocity

After being on hold for 34 minutes, and asking to talk to a manager I was told I would be called back. 3 hours later I received a call from Patricia. Unable to answer I was left a voice mail with no direct call back number. I then had to call back the main line and start over. I was on hold for another hour or so. I then spoke to a manager, Frank, who refused to transfer me anywhere else and offered no assistance whatsoever. He would not engage in a conversation, would only bark "NO, that's not possible, we cannot do that." Almost an offending tone of voice. As a customer, I hope to be worked with, and attempt to reach a solution. There was no understanding, or working towards a solution. I am extremely disappointed in Travelocity, both policies and customer service. I will be very adamant about informing friends, relatives, and who ever will listen, never to use Travelocity. This website is an absolute scam. I feel insulted and violated that I was led on to feel as if this was an credible way to book a trip. The most frustrating, and time consuming experience I've had with a customer service department, and the least satisfying result. Total call time: 1 hour 47 minutes. Solution: Go book somewhere else, receive no refund, credit, or care from Travelocity.
