I never want it to use Travelocity for my travel needs but I did and what a BAD BAD experience i had with them, starting with Not sending me the information i needed for my trip and then there was a charge that i never request but it was there, and since i never had the imformation I didn't know i had it and now their so call customer service told me that they dont refund and I can keep going on and on about this experience but it's simple just don't use Travelocity if you dont want to disappointed.
