Do not ever use Travelocity. My daughter booked a hotel through Travelocity. Due to a winter storm we needed to rebook our trip. Jason, from Travelocity, stated that they could not do this because it was too late. I called the hotel and they stated that Travelocity does this all the time and that Travelocity needed to fax them a request to be able to book a room on a different date. I called Travelocity back and this time they stated that they would fax the hotel and change the reservation and call me back in 2 to 4 hours... Guess what: not one phone call back.
Today I have repeatedly tried to get some help with this... Guess what: I have been on hold 35 to 40 minutes at least 4 times today. Matthew stated that he would fax the hotel today and call me back in 2 hours... You're right: no return call. I spoke with yet another agent who suggested that I pay for the room for the new reservation and then they would refund the money for the first reservation. My reply to that was absolutely not. I can't even get back the first 300.00, so I sure will not give Travelocity 600.00 for them to never call me back...
Stay away from Travelocity... Spam... Thief... Does not live up to their word... Bad, bad, bad, bad... Never again will I use Travelocity and I advise everyone else not to either. I also found out that I could have saved 150.00 by calling the hotel direct... Travelocity is a rip-off.
