Bought a new Honda Smart Mower on 06/15 from Home Depot, took it home and man it worked GOOD! The first time!!! Went on vacation, came home, went to cut grass but
new mower wouldn't pull it's self. So... I load up mower, go to Home Depot, not to return,
only exchange for another just like this one. Was told I missed a refund, or exchange date
by 4 days, but the lady that was helping me said the manager should be able to help as
I was away from home on the last day for return. WRONG!!! She could care less. Said I
could leave for repair but that's all she could do. I didn't that at all, but I needed my mower. So they made the repair (drive belt had come off) and was now ready for pick-up. But. What they failed to tell me was they are not authorized to make warranty
repairs. You would think they might tell you this up front!!! Long story short. Mower still
there... I'm still here. It's not about the MONEY... It's the lack of Customer Service!!!
