Home Depot customers should be aware that Home Depot is censoring negative reviews of products purchased from them, and therefore customer ratings published on their website may not be true. I recently posted a 3-star review of a $2500 LG refrigerator due to a failure within the first week of use and LG Cust. Svc's inability to fix the problem within two weeks of reporting. I also expressed an opinion that Home Depot, as the retailer, should assume some responsibility for infancy failures of the appliances they sell and install, and should help customers in quickly addressing those. Home Depot initially removed the reference to them from my review, and then refused to post the review at all.in my opinion, such censorship amounts to willful deceit of home depot customers and prospective buyers. The review did not include any offensive or even strong language.
