Home Depot told me three weeks ago that my granite countertop was ready. Yesterday, July 16, Home Depot told us they would be here to install it. We waited all day, and they did not show up.
Today we had to call the installers, only to find out they will not be here until Monday. We have never been treated so poorly by any store before. We will never buy anything at Home Depot that has to be prepaid. I hope this will help other consumers be aware of prepaying for anything at Home Depot.
Also, every time I called, they said they would return my call, but they never did.
