I purchased some items on Dec. 14. I waited a few days then checked my order status, because of the fact that the money was already debited from my account. Well it stated that my order was still in process. I emailed them asking about shipping dates, when will i expect to recieve my items. They responded asking for my order number, so i emailed them back with it. I waited a few more days checked email and website to only see no change in status and no responses in my email. Its been several days already and i have yet to hear from them, ive sent a number of emails already, simply asking on my order status, and recently for a refund. I check my email regulary thoroughly and have still not heard from them. I called my bank and they are willing to help me after ive exhausted all of my resouces, also keep in mind i tried finding a contact number and there are none to be found. I look forward to hearing from you, if you can aid me in resolving this matter. Thank You
