I purchased a software 6-19-07 and i shortly got an email saying I would received an emails with license information. I waited a week and never heard from then, I then asked to speak to someone so I could get further information of my order to know if it was being processed or what was the status. I was always unable to speak with anyone and kept getting voice mails. On 6-27-07 i then sent them this email:

I really would like to know what is going on with my order, and I would appreciate an actual person explaining to me the status of my order. You have recieved my payment and all that required steps that I need to do, are done. I now need for you as a business to do your part and address your customers with the information they require.
Can you please inform me of what is going on with my order??? I keep getting a message saying that I will recieve Licensing information within 48 hours but how am I to install the software??? Will I recieve it through physical mail, email, or what??? I am really lost here and I would like to know what the status is of my order is. So can a person please contact me and provide an actual explination to what I am asking!!!

And since then I have not heard or been able to contact them. Today 7-5-06 I was able to contact someone from Plimus on the vendor are of the phone system and when I explained to them my issue, they hung up on me. I am demanding I get my money back because it is obvious this is just a ripoff and I would like for them to respond to me.
