Shipment of order has been delayed for almost 8 months, with no definite shipment date provided.internet

I have emailed Kittywalk for an international order for a double decker stroller. I have been informed, upon payment, that the order will be shipped 30/45 days. It was 25 Oct.

On 18 Dec I emailed to check on the status of my order and the reply I had was that the factory will not be able to ship my order until some time after Chinese New Year.

On 2 Feb as it was after Chinese New Yesr, I enquired about my order status and the reply from Kittywalk was that the factory has just returned from the CNY break and they will know in a couple of days. I expressed my frustration and Kittywalk replied that they had thousands of products on order and had promised the first unit that is available will be given to me.

On 16 Feb "a couple of days" later, I emailed to enquire about my order. Kittywalk replied that the factory is working on the samples which they can send off in 2 weeks. Once the samples are approved, I will be able to get the approved samples instead!

Having waited for almost 4 months, all I get was a sample. I was angry and emailed to express my anger. Kittywalknthen explained that they had wanted to send a unit over earlier so that I can use them. Kittwalk allowed memto purchase one other item at 50% however, there was still no update on my double decker stroller.

On 21 Feb while finished my second order at half price, Kittywalk said the order will ship in March but does not have an indicative date.

On 20 and 23 Mar I emailed to enquire about the stroller order since it is already mid March. Kittwalk replied that the factory will be giving them the shipping dates. They expect to ship most items by end Mar and the rest by 6 Apr.

On 21 Apr I emailed to enquire about my order once again, and they are now receiving samples send off. The expected shipment is between 30Apr to 9May. Kittywalk wants me to email them on 30Apr for updates.

On 2 May I emailed again on the status and Kittywalk forwarded an email from their factory stating that they will ship the sampes from this week and mass productions by 20May.

On 15 May, I emailed to confirm on the shipment by 20May and Kittywalk forwarded another email from their factory, stating they are working on it and will ship by 31 May.

On 2 Jun, I checked to confirmed that the item has shipped but Kittywalk replied that the factory say will ship this week or next at the latest and that they will update me soonest.

From the chronological of events, Kittywalk has never been proactive in updating my on my order status and that I had to initiate communication to track my order status. It is coming to 8 months since I paid for my order in Oct and till now I do not know when my item will be shipped. As an international buyer, such service from Kittywalk is unacceptable as I have be very very patient.
