Needs To Get A CLue lousy customer service RIPOFF

Ordered a putter shaft, head and grip from them for a christmas gift. Order was placed on 11/24. Having waited for 2 weeks and having emailed several times for a tracking # I called. 4th call, actually spoke to a person not an answering machine. Was told that the order was delayed due to a back order of grips. Was not contacted on this, although according to their website the do infact contact customers to let them know if their order had been delayed. Was told the order was shipped on 12/7.

10 days later I called and emailed. Spoke to another person asked about status of my order. At this time I had not had one of my messages returned from this company. Was told that it had shipped and they woudl do a trace on it, would contact me 24-48 hours later. Waited, no word from them.

Called several more times as well as emailed-nothing. Package arrived today 12/23 a month after it had been originally ordered. After inspecting items, realized the wrong putter head had been sent. Called and emailed again.

Checked with UPS on the shipping. Original shipping date was 12/17 not 12/7 as they had stated, items were not shipped until I had called/emailed several times for these items. Called and emailed for a Return authorization # have yet to hear back from them, and honestly I don't expect them to return my messages. WIll never do business with them again
