I ordered merchandise from Snazzy Cat and had a question about payment so I emailed them, they promptly replied later that day. After my questions were answered, I promptly paid with PayPal within 48 hours. I waited for the items to be shipped, but my order remained in "pending" status so I emailed them from their site. They never responded.
I waited some more then I emailed them again, in total 5-6 times, requesting the time that my items would be shipped. I received absolutely no response. After about the 4th or 5th email, I noticed my shipping status on their site said "shipped" (this was nearly a month after they received payment) so I waited for the items to come. It has now been over a month and I have neither received the items nor a response to the numerous emails.
I told them I would report them to the FTC and to usacomplaints.com if they didnt respond in 24 hours... I actually gave them 3 days. They still havent responded so now I am filing complaints in an attempt to get my money back.
