Like all the other complaints here i was assurred no money would be taken and of course it was. I asked for a refund as per the 7 day cooling off period and was told it would take 28 days and a cheque would be sent. I pointed out that they had the facility to take money from my card therefore they must be able to refund it to my card. It has now been 49 days and still no refund even after e-mailing them several times to be told there is a back log. I suspect they do this to everyone and the only refund they give are to those who are persistent enough. My next port of call will be my bank. A similar thing happened to my wife a while ago and the bank refunded the money and them got it back from the company concerned.
