Avoid this company under all costs
My wife ordered a Garmin 305 forerunner for my birthday. They immediately debited her account and never sent the product. We have called several times (almost 10) and have been given a different excuse each time. The owner even changes his name and voice on each call.
I still do not have a product nor do I have my refund. The current excuse is CC billing company is down. Yesterday he promised my refund.
I have already contacted the FBI, FTC, and BBB on this company. DO a whois lookup, none of his given names match anything he sends in contacts with customers
Within 2 hours of posting this review, "Frank" called my wife demanding that the negative review be taken down and they would refund the money. So now they have withheld the goods we tried to purchase, now they are trying to extort a decent review for our money.
