In November I bought $150.00 worth of credits for the penny auction called Bid Macs. I made my purchase and then proceeded to check out the web site.
I did not like what I saw so I decided I would call the next day and ask for a refund. I called them and was told I would receive a refund in 7-10 days.
I called them back 15 days later because I never received my refund. I told them I would give them 3 more days and if I didn't have my refund I would call my bank to have them investigate fraud.
My bank issued me an immediate refund and told me they would investigate it. 3 months later my bank took back the money they refunded me and said they didn't have enough evidence that fraud had taken place.
I tried calling the number for Bid Macs and now I get a weird recording.
Will I ever see my money again???
