On december 18th we went for an oil change and tire rotation, at monro muffler, in malone n.Y. When we went to get in the car, we notice we had no brakes, they told us to bring back in so they could check it, only to see the brake line was broke in half, this was at 5,30 pm, they then told us we had to get the car out of there because they were closing at 7.00pmwhen my husband removed the car it went over a cement wall hanging it up, either that or going into the line of traffic and killing someone, this was all while 3 employes stood inside doing nothing!!! We thenhad to call a tow truck to help get the car down off the wall, whitch cost 216,00who tells someone they half to drive a car that has no brakes, because they want to go home, it is now 10,00pm, and all 3 men are in the garage visiting, with no effort to help, monro muffler step up to the plate or further action will be taken, and everyone will know about the buisness your running, do whats right!!!
