I brought my car into Monro for an oil change, the manager Tom told me the car needed brakes and rotors, he said I can do it now, I asked him how much he said arounnd $280. I said the brakes seemed fine. I had the car checked out at another Monro and they told me the brakes were fine and did not need replacement or rotors, I said really, then I know what is happening at the other Monro, that guy is screwing customers, lieing and forcing them into repairs that are not needed just to get his sales numbers up. And the kicker, I brought th car back to Tom a couple of months later and what do you know, my brakes and rotors are fine. Stay away from Monro unless you want to throw money at unnecessary repairs that are not needed. I just feel bad for the old people who have no clue and they are being told this needs to be fixed now!!!
