My husband just left the Monro Muffler in Delaware, OH. He called them first to see if they could put a duel exhaust on his 2008 Toyota Tundra. They said no problem. He gets there and asks them to do an oil change as well. They come out while doing the oil and say they can't do the exhaust but will finish the oil change. They then proceed to charge him over $100 for the oil change! We've NEVER been charged that much for an oil change! What a rip off and a total waste of our time. The guys at the shop lied to my husband and were extremely rude! Avoid Monro Muffler at all costs! They rip you off and have horrible customer service!
