This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered flowers for same day delivery at 9 am.By noon I had heard nothing so I called back. They said we took your order what do you want. I told them confirmation. They said they would call back.By 2 I finally got a call and they said they would not deliver because no one wanted to do the flowers for the price advertised but if I would pay 10 more dollars they would. I was pissed but agreed so they said they would send it out right now.By 4 I still had not had confirmation so I called back. Again rudest people I have ever spoken to. I asked if they had been sent and the rude person said it is on the truck for delivery. They would not confirm and said they would call back. They did not so I called them back again they said it was on a truck so they could not confirm anything. 5 rolls around no confirmation and they roll over to answering service so you can not speak with anyone in the company. The next day of course nothing had been delivered so I was really pissed. Supposed to be there by 5 the day before. I asked to speak to supervisor they refused. Said well we make mistakes so what??? I called an additonal 5 times asking for someone to calll back and no one ever did so I called and yelled at them to put a supervisor on the phone so they put me on hold over 20 minutes to prove a point then the supervisor got on the phone and became real smart with me saying well we are only human we make mistakes, we dont always get the flowers delivered, maybe the truck could not park, maybe he ran out of gas, what do you want me to do fire him, fire myself??? I said you do not care about your customers at all and he actually said to me We have a president who does not care about us??? I gave up then they actually did not refund my money and charged me twice for the flowers that were never delivered instead.
