I ordered a flower arrangement for friend who just delivered a baby. I ordered same day delivery to the hospital. At about 8 pm I received a confirmation that the flowers were delivered. The next day I spoke with my friend who stated that she did not receive the flowers. I clearly thought there must be some type of mix-up, as from wroking in a hospital, I know that usually the flowers are delivered to a central location and then disbursed to the patients.

Well she checked out of the hospital two days later. I called Teleflora and they told me that the flowers were delivered to the nurses station on the 4th floor. Well my delivery was to the 5th floor. They said that they could deliver them to the recipient's address. I gave it to them. The CSR told me that the flowers would be a priority delivery and that they woul dbe delivered that same day. Well at 9pm I called again and they said that the florist was closed, but that they would definitely be delivered on the next day by noon. She offered my a 30% refund on my order. Well needless to say the flowers still have not arrived. I called them again. Poor Customer Serive. Honestly, the CSR could not even speak english. After waiting while she confirmed my information, she told me that she would email the florist and have them deliver the flowers on tomorrow. Well, I already n=knew from the previous CSR that the florist was closed on Sundays.

I immediately asked for a complete refund of my order. CSR told me that she I would have to be contacted by the some department within 48 hours who will tell me that I was to get a refund... Are you kidding me? No Way. Spoke to a supervisor, who said she could refund my money but that it would take 5-7 business days. The kicker is that when I asked her for a confirmation number she said that she could not give me one because we used my hubby's credit card for the order. Well I told her that she didn't need him to have all these endless conversations with me. Again silence. After waitng 30 minutes. I got a confirmation order. But I'm sure that I won't get my refund as promised. That's the price I pay for using someone without doing research. This is the first and LAST time I will EVER use this flower delivery service.
