Ordered expensive flower arrangement - Florist delivered cheap ordinary flowers Biloxi, Mississippi

On January 23rd I ordered an arrangement for my niece who just had a beautiful baby boy. I wanted the flower arrangement to be unique and special and spent over an hour on the internet searching for just the right one. I finally opted for a very nice wagon for the base and I upgraded to a delux flower arrangement. The total cost $65.00!!!

The next day my niece thanked me for the flowers. When I asked them to describe them to me I was surprised to find out the very small arrangement of flowers were in a very small bootie/shoe. I had not received a call from anyone explaining they were changing the flower arrangement.

That day I called Teleflora who contacted the florist and they advised they would send another arrangement and it would be exactly like the one I ordered.

The next day I called my niece and found they did not send the arrangement. I placed another call and the "supervisor" used the same word track "I'm sorry for the inconvenience". They advised they would make sure the correct order would be delivered. I sent an explained they would need to call the hospital to veryify the person was still in the hospital before sending a new delivery. This was followed up with an email.

The next day I received an email confirming the flowers were delivered. I called my niece and found she was discharged to go home and she did not receive the flowers before she left. I again had to contact Teleflora, asked to speak to a supervisor who said "I'm sorry fore the inconvenience". I will make sure the order will be sent out and that it will be correct. I gave them the address of the patient for the delivery. They again promised me it would be delivered.

The next day at 5 PM I contacted my niece and found again the flowers were not delivered. Again I make another call, asked to speak to a supervisor who advised "I'm sorry for the inconvenience". They explained there was no excuse the flowers were not delivered. They again obtained the information and the flowers would be delivered.

The next day the flowers were not delivered. Again another call. Then I was told the florist was not in the same area and they would have to find another florist. (You would think they would have thought of checking the area to get the right florist for the delivery when the address changed). I asked to have a "Manager" not a supervisor call me the following day.

The following day at 2 PM I had not heard from a Manager so I made a call. I did speak to a Manager who checked the status and advised me the flowers were on the truck for delivery and they would be there today. Five minutes later I received another call from Teleflora who advised they did not have the arrangement I wanted and asked, since it was so late in the day, if they could deliver the correct arrangement tomorrow.

It has now been 12 days as of today since the flowers were ordered. This is no way to operate a business. The next time I will call a local florist and make sure they have what I want in stock and save myself the wire fee and all the aggrevation.

This is the 2nd time I've had problems with an on line florist and that occurrence was a funeral for a friend. The flowers didn't get there in time. I'm done with on line florist companies!!!
