Worst experience ever. They guaranteed expedited 4 hr delivery for added fee, I paid the fee and the "expedited" never happened. I emailed them, with no response. I called and was given back my "expedited fee" and promised the flowers would be delivered. The flowers were going to a business to be delivered for a birthday. I called two more times because they were still not delivered. Called at 5pm (end of business day) and reluctantly gave them a home address to be delivered to. AGAIN, never delivered. I called again and wanted a full refund. I was on hold for approx 30 mins and was repeatedly told "my manager is not going to give you a refund". FINALLY I got a confirmation to cancel my order and get a full refund. ARE YOU SERIOUS, the next day the flowers (that looked like they were left in someones car overnight) were delivered around noon (over 24 hrs late) AND they were the wrong balloons. This place is a joke, at least I got my money back. If you a non local florist, use 1800flowers.
