I made a layaway contract for a mixer, and paid it off before the due date. I never got confirmation on paying it off, nor that it was being shipped. It has been three weeks and after many emails, phone calls, and live chats the order still shows processing and has supposedly "shipped" three times now. Also, when trying to cancel said order, where I am supposed to cancel it under manage my layaway does not exist in my account. So here I am sitting three weeks later with no mixer, and no money paid back. I will continue to fight until I get my order canceled and money back, or get the item and promptly return it.
