Sears / kmart online 800 ordering I put items on layaway for sears and kmart they were canceled and my monies have have not been returned layaway canceled 12/21 layaway

I opened two layways one 11/22 and thee other 11/26 for xmas for my grandchildren I paid in full on 12/20 and the next day Ireceived emails stating that my layaways were canceld I have been waiting for the return of my monies I have called numerous time to no availe I am still waiting it has been three weeks
