The tracking number on my package said it was delivered to my front porch, but I got home and there was no package. I checked the rear entry as well as checking with other tenants and landlord and nothing had been seen on the porch. I called FedEx and they said they would have the driver do some research and make sure that they had delivered to the correct address. I heard back from FedEx a couple days later that the driver confirmed they had dropped it off at my house and so I should contact the shipper since I never received what I had purchased. I called the shipper and they were going to take the loss and send me a new package since I had never received mine. Then 4 days later a woman down the street drives up and said she had been away but she returned home and found my package on her porch. Please tell me how a driver can mistake 29 for 45 and then check it again and still make that mistake. The shipper was going to have to pay for fedex's inability to do their job, which is not right at all. I will no longer be getting anything delivered by FedEx I'd rather pick it up than chance some random person receiving my packages.
