The last four times I have gotten packages shipped to me via fed ex the driver has never showed up and says he leaves a door tag but never does. What irritates me is that the most recent package doesn't even require a signature and yet he said he left a door tag. I am so tired of fed ex. On top of that when I get whole of customer service they do nothing but defend the driver saying it was my fault. I have been stuck at home waiting for this part for 2 days now. Ups on the other hand is awesome. Same driver same time every day.
