Fedex customer service not being honest - car seat

The driver came to the door once, he left two door tags to make it seems like he made two attempt. He so stupid thinking he can outsmart anyboby. I come home everyday around 4:30pm. I expected the package to be deliver on the 17 of April, I came home on the 17 of April I got two door tags the driver put on April 16 and 17, now where was i on the 16 of April why I didn't get the door tag. If the driver came in the morning I should get the door tag when i come home in the afternoon. Both of the door tags shows that he came in the morning one @ 10:00am one @ 10:30am. Lazy driver trying to make it seems like he made two attempt. Not only that the driver lia but custumer service is very bad. I was told to stay home that saturday the driver will deliver that day. I did stay, they waited till the last minute to call me and tell me to pick up the package. I'm very upset because that's my baby car seat and I expect to get it on thursday not to run around like a chicken with no head. Please do something about that the drivers need to be more honest with themself and the
