I am still trying to recover a refund after returning TWO of the so called 'magicjacks'!! They have no REAL customer service reps., and the number I have has no REAL person there to answer the phone. The number that was provided to my bank is DISCONNECTED. The only way you can contact these people is through 'chats' on the website! I am pissed because $93.80 is gone from my account account and these piss ants will not return my money after SEVERAL attempts on my part!!
