I got my repaid magicjack for 5 years and I have spend almost $200 for this jack. I ask magicjack online representative before I order this jack if I will be able to port my Vonage number they told me I can. When I tried to port my number from Vonage to Magicjack it does not allow me to and since 14 months I have been following up with magicjack online chat customer service representation (As Magicjack is a Scam company they don't have any direct phone customer service number) every time they tell me that my account is under review and it will be resolve soon. But it has already passed 14 months and I am so much frustrusated with this company that I told them to give me back my refund they are not ready and they only say one word "Need not worry someone from review department will email you" Please beware of this SCAM Magicjack company.
