I've been trying to be with someone in customer service to no avail. It appears that you MagicJack is only interested in obtaining more customers. I have purchased two magicJacks and just gave a relative one. I was in the process of registering my magicJack when the USB extension cord became disconnected.in red lettering, I received a notice that stated my MagicJack Account was blocked. Why? I have two email addresses and two order numbers. I was denied access when I used one of my order numbers, why? I don't feel that I'm connected as yet. I've had my magicJacks since April and just decided today to register One of them. Unblock my account so I can take care of my business. Walter Zebulun/[email protected]
