Very upset with customer service, 3 times now

When I first ordered magicjack, I called and ordered over phone. Thought all was taken care of. When I received magicjack was referred to online. While trying to activate order I realyzed I may be ordering another magicjack and did not want one. Activated chat to clarify this was taken care of while activating magicjack. They stated this was taken care of. Then I received another magicjack in less than a week. Thought this was replacement for insurance taken out.

Later received email about another magicjack sent out. Contact by email and explained my concerns. Very short answer, "matter of fact" like and no response. Just stated when I received it, return it. Never received another magicjack. Already had it.

Well now... Billed twice for both magicjacks. They will not refund my moneys stating I had a 30 day period to return it. Stated they have no record that I even spoke to anyone, (typically calling me a liar) and very rude, interrupting when I was trying to explain what happened. Tried to get her name she just stated she had provided me with information needed and hung up on me.

I am very upset with the system of ordering and the fact that I was double charged after trying to take care of it and also of their ruddness.
