Received (2) magicjacks and was charged $93.80, neither of the units worked with my Windows XP as was advertized. Returned both units back to Magicjack only to receive a (2nd) magicjack 1 unit this time and charged again $46.90, that did not work with my Windows XP. Tried to contact their Live Chat person who could not help me with anything! I also tried to contact them by email only to be told that I needed a RMA # that was not provided with either order that was already mailed back to them. I was charged a total of $140.70 for a product that does not work. You can not talk to anyone by phone, and their Live Chat service is crap.
