I've a public container in my own yard so when Verizon turns up to complete the job they have to do I never get informed despite a knock-on the doorway and there's usually chaos once they have completed. After I attempt to contact Verizon to settle a I get placed on permahold. I simply would really like thanks to a solution to why this keeps occurring. This is actually the 4th period and that Iam really annoyed and disappointed. At this time I've been on-hold with Verizon for more than 15 minutes.
